Westcott, the mother of Mrs. A. A. Shields, of<br> Huntsville, Ala.; G. S. Westcott and Mrs. J. W. Rountree, of Macon, was<br> laid in its last resting place in Rose Hill cemetery yesterday afternoon.<br> <br> The funeral service was held at her residence, Second and Plum streets, at<br> 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, Rev. J. E. Wray, pastor of Mulberry Street<br> church, officiating.<br> <br> The floral offerings were many and beautiful, showing the esteem in which<br> the grand old lady was held by her host of friends. Many expressions of<br> sympathy were received by the family yesterday.<br> <br> The following acted as pallbearers: C. C. Wilder, J. A. Riley, R. L.<br> Henry, A. J. McAfee, Jr., Robert Hackney and Lee Erwin.<br> <br> EVERETT<br> The body of S. A. C. Everett will arrive in Macon from Loraine this<br> morning at 11:25 o'clock, over the Central of Georgia railroad. The<br> funeral cortege will proceed to Rose Hill cemetery, and the funeral<br> services will be held at the family burial lot at 12 o'clock. Rev. E. C.<br> Dargan, pastor of the First Baptist church, will officiate at the services.<br> <br> JETER<br> The funeral services of Mrs. Mittie Jeter, who died at the sanitarium<br> Monday, will be held at Burghard's chapel, this (Wednesday) morning at<br> 10:30 o'clock. Rev.
