This indenture made this nineteenth day of June in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and twenty seven between Charles I. McDonald of the County of Bibb and said State of the one part and Harrison Smith of the same County and State of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Charles I. McDonald for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Harrison Smith his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being of the time of survey in County of Monroe and now the County of Bibb and distinguished by Lot three hundred and sixty eight in the Thirteenth District of said County of Monroe containing two hundred two and one half more or less originally granted to Eliza Brantly, orphan.
To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any wise being, belonging or appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Harrison Smith his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And said Charles J. McDonald for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Harrison Smith his heirs and assigns will warrant & forever defend against the claim of (all other persons whatsoever).

This indenture made thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight between Harrison Smith of the county and state aforesaid of the one part and Thomas Horsley of the County of Upson of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Harrison for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Thomas Horsley his heirs and assigns all that tract or lot of land situate lying and being in the county Monroe at the time of survey now in the county of Upson known and distinguished in the twelfth district of Monroe and lot number eighty six.
To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Thos Horsley his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to him or their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Harrison Smith for himself his heirs executors & administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Thomas Horsely his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever.

This Indenture made the Twelfth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred and thirty one, and in the Fifty fifth year of the Independence of the United States of America, between Timothy Mathews, Luke Ross, Samuel B. Hunter, Charles Williamson and Anderson Rice Justices of the Inferior Court of the County of Bibb and State aforesaid of the one part, and Harrison Smith of the County of Bibb and State aforesaid of the other part:
Witnesseth that the said Justices as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents (and by the powers in them vested as Justices of the Inferior Court of the County of Bibb aforesaid, and by an act of the Legislature of the State of Georgia passed the twenty Second day of December Eighteen hundred and twenty Seven authorizing the Justices as aforesaid to sell lots in the Town of Macon in said County) do grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Harrison Smith his heirs and assigns All that Lot or parcel of Land in the Town of Macon containing half and acre more or less known as Lot number One in the Fortieth Square.
To have and to hold said Lot or parcel of Land, with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said Lot or parcel of Land being belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder or remainders revision and revisions, rents, issues and profits thereof, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said Harrison Smith, his heirs Executors administrators & assigns in fee simple; And the said Justices as aforesaid the said bargained Lot of Land unto the said Harrison Smith his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against the said Timothy Mathews, Luke Ross, Charles Williamson, Samuel B. Hunter and Anderson Rice Justices as aforesaid or their successors in office, and all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.
In witness whereof the said Timothy Mathews, Luke Ross, Samuel B. Hunter, Charles Williamson and Anderson Rice Justices as aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals, the day and year first above written.

This Indenture made the first day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty three, and in the Fifty Eighth year of the Independence of the United States of America between Harrison Smith of the County of Talbot of the one part, and William Scott of the County of Bibb of the other part;
Witnesseth that the said Harrison Smith for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is herby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, Sold, aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien Convey and Confirm unto the said William Scott his heirs and assigns All that tract or parcel of Land lying and being situate in the County of Bibb aforesaid being part of Lot number eleven lying on the west side of the Oakmulgee River being part of the Macon reserve, according with Surveys and plan of said Reserve near Macon, it being the west half of said Lot, commencing at the South west corner of said Lot of Land and running along the west line thereof unto the North west Corner, thence along said North line to a lightwood Post midway between the East and west corners on the North line of said Lot of Land, then to run direct through said Lot of Land to the South line of said lot, thence along the South line to the beginning corner, it being all the west half of said Lot of Land, and containing Fifty acres more or less, Joining Lot No. 12 on the west and Lot 5 on the North, and part of Lot No. 11 on the East and Lot No. 2 on the South.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land with all & Singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract or parcel of Land, being, belonging or in any wise appertaining with the remainder or remainders, reversion and reversions, rents, issues and profits thereof to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said William Scott his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns in fee Simple. And the said Harrison Smith his heirs Executors and administrators the said bargained tract or parcel of Land unto the said William Scott his heirs Executors, administrators and assigns against the said Harrison Smith his heirs Executors and administrators, and all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.
